With that in mind, Hastings & Hastings cautions New Year's Eve commuters, while encouraging everyone to have fun and stay safe.

With parties covering nearly every square inch of the Valley of the Sun on the evening on December 31st, there is going to be a large amount of adult alcohol consumption occurring. It is the right of every adult over the age of 21 to enjoy an alcoholic beverage, especially as they ring in the New Year, however, drinking must be done responsibly.
