PORT HURON, MI, January 06, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- First North American Collective of Environmental Service Providers - Environmental Enginuity Group announced today that, after almost two years of design and organization, it has launched the first North American Collective of Environmental Service Providers. The new organization, modeled after the founder's previous successful enterprises, is structured to provide small and middle size environmental engineering, remediation and service companies an opportunity to be part of a US and Canadian organization that provides strong marketing and sales, inter-member coordination and reduced fixed/variables costs to its member companies, while providing a "one stop shop" for the more lucrative, larger and longer term environmental projects.
According to the founder and company CEO, David Kimbrell,"-Due to the extreme fragmentation in the environmental services industry, it is difficult for small companies to grow and compete for the more profitable and longer term projects. The competition and the lack of centralized resources relegate them to small, many times subcontracted positions in a local area. But, just as the local independent farmers during the Great Depression organized into cooperatives and collectives so they could grow and prosper, this new interlaced spider web of companies, sharing resources, offices and projects, all supported by a central administrative center, is designed to provide strong growth and profitability to its acquired and contracted member companies".
This new collective is modeled after the founder's first one in the early days of the environmental industry. He and his team were pioneers in the current industry, and built the first national collective in the 1980's, Hall Kimbrell Environmental Services. It was so successful, that it dominated market share for its sector, grew at over 300% annually earning it the Inc #9 slot in the Inc 500 and Kimbrell the coveted Entrepreneur of the Year award for the US. After decades of refinement of that design applied to the environmental and drug development industry, the team has developed the current, more sophisticated and expanded model.
Participation in the new organization is limited to companies meeting some tough standards, and possessing the exact primary services for a particular geographic market. Companies have two avenues for participation: Acquisition/Sale to Environmental Enginuity, or Participation by Contract for those meeting the entry standards but do not care to sell their company at this time. Regardless of the chosen avenue, the same benefits of membership are provided and received by all. Entry is selective by services offered in a particular geographic location and therefore time sensitive.
Currently, Environmental Enginuity is experiencing a strong number of applicants with several already under Letter of Intent (LOI) for acquisition, and the first membership applications for Participation by Contract have begun. The service specialties and geographic locations are beginning to be assigned. Due to the limited number of slots for each service category and location, the company has formed a Charter Membership Program for those early applicants who are accepted.
Environmental Enginuity Group is a Michigan based holding company. Further information on the organization can be obtained by visiting the company website at www.eenginuity.com
