Leaving the corporate world in 2012 to pursue a career in jewelry design, Marie Keeler Murphy always loved making jewelry ever since her childhood. Enrolling in a jewelry school to become as educated as possible, she learned all about the fundamentals of jewelry design, proper use of jewelers' tools, how to identify and work with various metals, soldering, polishing, joining of materials, and gemstone identification.
