Since October 2015, Dr. Jordan has served as the founder and chief executive officer of visibow consulting, LLC. Utilizing 12 years of overall experience, he provides educational consulting services to secondary and higher educational systems, as well as community organizations. He also offers course development, curriculum development, staff training and mentor program development. Dr. Jordan specializes in the advocacy of LGBT youth, promoting their resilience to the adversities of heterosexism, homophobia and transphobia. As the CEO, he is responsible for handling strategic planning, marketing, planning, targeting clients, and getting visibility on social media. His philosophy in constructing knowledge is based on a multidimensional epistemology.

Dr. Jordan believes he has sustained success throughout his career by creating the equilibrium between where he is and where he was meant to be. He feels that this equilibrium must resonate on three levels: the mind, body and spirit. This sense of self led him to pursue his current career, as was initially a chemist with a yearning to teach. Dr. Jordan then received a teaching certificate and taught chemistry at the high school level. However, when the budget created layoffs, he lost his job, as he was one of the last teachers hired. In order to get back into education, Dr. Jordan founded the consulting business. Recently, Dr. Jordan completed a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Fielding Graduate University.

Aside from work-related activities, Dr. Jordan is a member of the Chronicles of Higher Education and AERA. Additionally, he supports the Q Center. In the years to come, he hopes to work on the college level in the areas of social justice, advocacy, sociology and the humanities.
