The updated ACLS algorithms are available today.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, January 21, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ACLS Training Center will be the first company to implement the new 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines in its educational material and directly in emergency rooms. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is used to keep patients alive or resuscitate them in emergency situations. ACLS Training Center has seen a large demand for their initial training and has become high in demand in emergency rooms where providers have requested algorithm cards, cards that provide AHA promulgated procedures during emergency care situations. While other certifying bodies, including the American Heart Association, are still months away from implementing the new 2015 guidelines, ACLS Training Center is now going to print with its training and certification materials. It's updated algorithm cards were made available on January 5th of this year.
ACLS Training Center will be the first to implement the 2015 AHA guidelines in the following training areas:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
ACLS Training Center's early release date will help medical workers avoid double certification and put new, life saving procedures in their hands sooner. All health care workers will have to be certified according to the new guidelines. This means that anyone receiving either their initial certification or a certificate renewal between now and the implementation by other organizations will need to learn the updated materials.
