For more than 25 years, Mr. Brown has been providing clients with trusted legal services and consultations in the areas of criminal law, family law and property disputes. He serves his clients at the helm of an eponymous law firm in Starkville, Miss. Mr. Brown is also currently the municipal and prosecuting attorney for the Mathiston Mississippi Township. He is noted for his hard work and stellar reputation in the legal community. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the international legal honor society of Phi Delta Phi.
Coming from a family of legal professionals, it was a natural choice for Mr. Brown to become a lawyer. He graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a JD in 1989. Prior to that, he earned an MBA in 1986 and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with a concentration in petroleum engineering, in 1983. Both degrees were from Mississippi State University. Since 2000, Mr. Brown has been a BV Distinguished Attorney through Martindale-Hubbell. He aims to experience continued growth and success with his practice, and possibly serve in a Circuit or Chancery Court Judge position.
