Bethany Arts Community Announces Selection of Local Architect

    OSSINING, NY, January 29, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bethany Arts Community today announced that it has selected Mr. Jorge B. Hernandez, R.A., AIA., of, "ARQ-HT, L.L.C." (ARQ-HT) as the Architect of Record for the renovation of its 43,000 square foot building, formerly known as the Bethany Retreat Center, located in the Town of Ossining.
Bethany Arts Community(BAC) has commissioned ARQ-HT to develop the nearly 90-year-old building into a leading location for arts creation, appreciation, education, and community gatherings. The design will add a modern studio, theater, and enhance the architectural components of the original building. ARQ-HTs design for Bethany Arts Community will enable the existing structure to serve as a destination not only for aspiring and established artists, but also to serve as a venue for public appreciation of the arts.
