Gunther Schwarz, Ph.D. Named Professional of the Year in Insurance Service Management

    DUSSELDORF, GERMANY, February 02, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gunther Schwarz, Ph.D., Director of Bain & Company, has been named a Worldwide Branding Professional of the Year in Insurance Service Management. While inclusion in Worldwide Branding is an honor, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Branding membership.

Mr. Schwarz has 24 years of professional experience, with four years as a director of Bain & Company. Throughout his career, he has become adept at advising senior professionals, as well as providing coaching services. Each day, he is responsible for maintaining oversight of insurance services with a focus on marketing, business strategy and financial delivery.

Looking back, Mr. Schwarz attributes his success to his ability to recognize successful business patterns, as well as his superior listening and communication skills. He became involved in his profession because of his prior experiences with Boston Consulting Group. A business opportunity with Bain presented itself and he has never looked back.

Mr. Schwarz received a diploma in business administration from Technische Universitat Dortmund University and a degree in organization and corporate governance from Giessen University in 1989. He is a member of Verband Beratender Ingenieure. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, Mr. Schwarz received a Germany Business Office Award from BCg in 2000, and he also achieved five consecutive wins of the Best Business Leaders Award and Best Motivated Staff Award, both from BCG. In years to come, Dr. Schwarz intends to experience continued growth with Bain and also double the size of his team.
