Roger A. Jann Named Executive of the Year in Business Development & Management

Mr. Jann celebrates the founding of his two new companies, Corequest and Curolia



    LACHEN, SWITZERLAND, February 02, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Roger A. Jann, Founder of Corequest and Curolia, has been named a Worldwide Branding Executive of the Year in Business Development & Management. While inclusion in Worldwide Branding is an honor, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Branding membership.

Mr. Jann has 14 years of professional experience, with six years as a former CEO of Europe, the Middle East and Asia at Briggs & Stratton. During his time with the company, he was responsible for overseeing strategy, vision, direction and business development, while also working to maintain company goals. He is skilled at team leadership, as well as marketing, sales management and growth. Furthermore, he is extremely knowledgeable regarding the implementation of strategies to achieve year over year growth.

Following his departure from Briggs & Stratton, Mr. Jann took his experience and started two new companies, Corequest and Curolia. Corequest is a developmental stage pharmaceutical company that specializes in renal care equipment. The goal of the company is to find a treatment for End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) which, as the name implies, is a serious cause for concern among patients and medical professionals. To combat this debilitating disease, Corequest is currently developing hypertonic solutions for peritoneal dialysis (PD), a renal replacement therapy whereby toxin and water removal occur through the patient's peritoneal membrane, a large membrane surrounding the organs below the diaphragm.

Looking back to the start of his career, Mr. Jann attributes his success to his dedication and ability to implement effective strategy to grow businesses. Mr. Jann received a Diplome D'Etudes Approfondies in International Finance from the Paris Institute of Political Science in 1996 and a master's degree in international affairs and strategy from HEC Paris in 1994. In five years, Mr. Jann aims to become the CEO of a larger company.
