JK Design Announces New Hires and Expansion of New York Office

    HILLSBOROUGH, NJ, February 03, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- As it marks 30 years in business, JK Design, a full-service advertising agency with locations in central NJ and NYC, has hired five new employees and moved into a larger office in Manhattan.

The staff expansion was driven largely by growing demand in the New York City metro area, where the agency's client roster includes Pfizer, NYU Tandon School of Engineering, NYIT, Rakuten Marketing, and GfK. JK's new office space is in the innovative We Work building at 79 Madison Avenue in the NoMad district, a short distance from Penn Station.

Jim Galligan, senior copywriter, has over ten years of experience developing copy for a wide range of media; his previous work includes advertising campaigns for Starbucks, Weight Watchers, and Nabisco. Jim is also co-founder of the Beer and Whiskey Brothers blog, and has written a craft beer column for the TODAY show website.

Strategic alliance executive Angelina Marchiafava joined JK after running her own marketing consulting company, where she helped small businesses enhance their reputations and reach more customers through social media channels. At JK, she focuses on building strong partnerships with the agency's clients and crafting successful solutions to their challenges.

Katie Kaulius is now a strategic alliance executive based in JK's Manhattan office, where she is working on new business initiatives focusing on mobile, social, and digital publishing and advertising. She previously managed all East Coast client relationships for the technology company Telescope, including NBC Universal, Scripps, Univision, CNN, and General Mills.

Robert Mills has joined JK as director of digital marketing, where he is responsible for helping clients drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement. He brings more than a decade of experience in digital media, search, analytics, and CRM/database marketing to this new role.

Account manager Erin Hudecek has joined one of JK's dedicated client teams, where she is responsible for building relationships and managing the diverse project needs of multiple divisions of a global healthcare company. She previously managed projects for a variety of clients including Weichert Realtors and ServiceMaster.
