CHARLOTTE, NC, February 05, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Strategic Management Decisions (SMD), a leader in predictive analytics for employee assessments, was named the fastest-growing business owned by UGA alumni during the seventh annual Bulldog 100 Celebration on January 30.
"The University of Georgia has been the foundation of everything we do at SMD; I learned how to do analytics at its school of psychology. SMD wouldn't be where it is today without the professors and teachings of this educational establishment," states co-founder Dr. Scott Mondore. "As I look at the names of the other companies on the Bulldog 100 list, I'm extremely humbled to be a part of such an elite and successful group."
More than 400 nominations were received for the 2016 Bulldog 100. The class included companies of all sizes, providing services and products in a variety of industries, including dentistry, law, IT, consulting, retail and pest control. Geographically, the companies spanned from Texas to New York. To be considered for the list, each organization must have been in business for at least five years, experienced revenues in excess of $100,000 for the calendar year 2012, and be owned or operated by a former UGA student who owns at least 50 percent of the company or be the CEO, president or managing partner.
