NEWPORT BEACH, CA, February 13, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Coronation Apparel, a rising active clothing line from Southern California, has kicked off the New Year with exciting announcements including the release of a new line of Men's apparel and accessories. Coronation offers a broad range of t-shirts, sweat shirts, tank tops, skate decks, hats and beanies. With an all-new website design and online store, the brand has immediately made all their latest designs available for purchase.
Coronation Apparel founder Sean Wilson has developed an inspiring brand message that captures the creativity of today's youth, and promotes artistic expression through opportunistic channels. Much of Coronation's clothing is derived from street art, and his personal story as once being a young graffiti artist led to his early inspiration to launch the brand. As an emerging clothing concept, Coronation is positioned to inspire, educate and promote an important and cultural staple of the art community. Wilson also aims to remind young graffiti artists that there are entrepreneurial roads to take while expressing their art, noting that many of Coronation's designs are contributed by actual street artists from around the country.
Coronation will be showcasing their latest product at this year's Magic/The Collective trade show, which will be held February 16th - 18th at The Mandalay Bay hotel in Las Vegas. Magic/The Collective is an industry-only trade show, and interested parties can find Coronation at booth #28104.
In the early 2000's, Sean Wilson, founder of Coronation Apparel Company, was walking through New York City admiring some of the amazing public displays of graffiti art. He was struck by the detailed designs and exceptional talent of the various artists.
During this time, NYC was cracking down on perceived "vandalism," permanently removing some of the city's most original art exhibits. As Sean explored further, he realized many artists across the country were being incarcerated and charged with felonies for pursuing their passion. In that moment Sean developed the concept of Coronation Apparel Company, as a way to bring together two of his life's passions: art and fashion.
Our goal is to provide a constructive outlet for up-and-coming artists to express themselves without fear of being censored or reprimanded by the law. We currently partner with over a dozen artists globally who share in our vision to keep art alive, whether it is preserving classroom programs, providing supplies to underserved communities or serving as positive role models.
At Coronation Apparel, we are committed to sharing a part of our sales proceeds with a variety of non-profit organizations that have a similar to mission our own.
