Annette L. Marlow Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Office Management

This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Ms. Marlow has 13 years of professional experience, with five years as a manager of Provider Schedules at Dental One Partners, Inc. A natural team leader, she is driven by her ambition, as well as her love for taking on challenges. In the course of her duties, she is responsible for overseeing provider template specialists, and ensuring that provider templates are put into the software system correctly so that the practices can schedule patients to maximize productivity and provide a good flow to the day. In addition, she monitors the department metrics to ensure that they are in line with their service level agreements & goals. Finally, she serves on the company's Feel Good Committee which handles the planning of company social events including parties, potluck lunches and charity events. Ms. Marlow attributes her success to her hard work, patience and drive to succeed. She became involved in her profession because it fascinated her, but also because it is rewarding to be able to help people. Her favorite position that she held in her career was as a supervisor of the call center. There, she supervised 15 scheduling representatives and monitored their call performance for accuracy, customer service and productivity. She also handled any scheduling problems.

Ms. Marlow received an associate degree in secretarial sciences. To give back to her community, she served as a team captain of the DentalWorks team at the 2013 Brooklyn Relay for Life in support of the American Cancer Society.
