Mr. Stengell has worked in every aspect of the petroleum industry, from raising capital to working with investors. He holds an MBA from Western Kentucky University, a bachelor's degree in corporate finance from the University of Kentucky, and a graduate certificate in reserves and valuation from the Harold Vance Department of Petroleum Engineering at Texas A&M.
