Mr. Pugh received a JD from the Paul Hebert Law Center of Louisiana State University in 1985 and a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Tulane University, where he graduated Cum Laude in 1981. He is admitted to practice by the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, the Supreme Court of Louisiana, and the Supreme Court of Texas. He maintains affiliation with the Louisiana State Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the New Orleans Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, Mr. Pugh received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, was honored as one of the Best Lawyers in Louisiana, and he is a Top-Rated Attorney in Mass Torts through Martindale-Hubbell.
