PstViewer Pro 8 Email Viewer Adds MBOX File Support

PstViewer Pro provides a set of affordable email tools that empowers users to view, search and filter email content across different email file types, and then transform that content in powerful ways.

In PstViewer Pro 8, support for MBOX files has been added. It also supports Outlook .pst, .ost, .msg and .eml, .mht and winmail.dat files.

PstViewer Pro 8 allows for bulk conversion and export of emails to different file types, including PDF, Docx, Odt, Text, CSV (Spreadsheet), and image files such as JPG, PNG, TIF, GIF and BMP.

Email meta data may be viewed through PstViewer Pro, providing access to email fields and data that are not easily visible.

PstViewer Pro email conversion operations are controlled by "Export Profiles" that users can edit. This gives them an unprecedented level of control over the functionality and allowing them to tailor it to their specific need. For example, PDF page size can be specified, and the resulting files can be given unique file names derived from email data. There are virtually a limitless number of ways that these export profile settings can be combined and arranged to accomplish a task.

Using PstViewer Pro 8
After installing PstViewer Pro on Windows 10 through Vista, the user navigates to the location of their email content. The content is then parsed and organized in a mail list. Emails selected from the list are highlighted, and are eligible to be exported. The user choose a target export format from the Export tab. The export operation begins when the "Export" button is clicked.

PstViewer Pro 8 is used in law and government offices, by IT professionals, police departments, forensic investigators, as well as corporations of all sizes and individuals.

Among its useful tools is the ability to open password protected Outlook PST files, even if the password is unknown.

PstViewer Pro is available for a 15 day free trial. Restrictions on the trial version include a maximum batch size of 50 emails and a PDF watermark. Following registration, all limitations on export quantities and the watermark are removed.
