Terry Rismiller Named an Executive of the Year in Business Management

    BIRDSBORO, PA, February 29, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Terry Rismiller, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of PB Heat, LLC, has been named a Worldwide Branding Executive of the Year in Business Management. Mr. Rismiller has 10 years of professional experience, with five years as a senior vice president and COO of PB Heat, LLC. As an expert in operations and problem solving, he is responsible for handling inside operations, accounting, engineering and purchasing, and he also oversees outside IT consultants.

Mr. Rismiller has demonstrated success in finance and operations management within the manufacturing industry. He has a history of proven effective leadership with a focus on financial analysis to strategically forecast, drive growth, increase efficiency and the bottom-line profit. He also has an extensive background in budgeting, finance, cost reductions, and inventory control. He possesses solid communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with all levels of staff and management. He started with PB Heat, LLC right out of college, and worked his way up from customer service to operations, and then to C-level management.

Mr. Rismiller received an MBA from Kutztown University. In addition, Mr. Rismiller is a board member and treasurer for the non-profit organization New Journey Community Outreach, Inc. NICO serves the local community with daily charitable food and clothing services.
