Dr. Becky Coats Joins Board of Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas

    DALLAS, TX, March 09, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Becky Coats recently joined the board of directors for the Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas (DSPNT). She was invited to join the board and accepted.

The DSPNT supports individuals with Down syndrome as well as their families and caregivers in helping every individual reach their full potential. To accomplish its mission, DSPNT holds and promotes social and educational activities that bring families together and give them access to vital information crucial to achieving independence and self-actualization.

DSPNT hopes to create an inclusive North Texas community that provides equal rights and opportunities for all people with Down syndrome.

The families of children with Down syndrome face many challenges above and beyond the already great challenges that face all families, and they need to know about the resources that are available. In addition to serving on the board of directors, Dallas dentist Dr. Coats is using her social media and professional platform as a dentist to help spread information about the DSPNT.
