PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA, March 10, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Peachtree Corners Business Association (PCBA) is proud to announce a scholarship opportunity for local high seniors attending Norcross High School. For the third consecutive year, the PCBA will award a $1000.00 scholarship to a Norcross senior who has demonstrated community spirit/initiative.
"The PCBA Scholarship was established to raise awareness among local high school students of the need to give back to their community," explains Mike McLaughlin, PCBA Community Outreach Chair. "We look forward to rewarding a deserving student at this year's NHS annual Awards Night in April," says McLaughlin.
The Peachtree Corners Business Association is a business networking association for those conducting commerce in Gwinnett County's largest city, Peachtree Corners. The association provides various programs, events, and opportunities for the enrichment of its members and the surrounding areas. One of the key initiatives of the PCBA is community outreach. Focus is given to identify opportunities to support the local community through charitable giving and service.
