Candy Branham with Branham Electric in St. Louis Named to IEC Board of Directors

LOUIS, MO, March 24, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Branham Electric, a St. Louis area full service electrical contracting company and local energy expert, announces Candy Branham has been named to the 2016 National Board of Directors of the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) organization.

Branham, President of Branham Electric, will serve a two-year term as Regional Director of the Midwest Region. She previously served on the Board from 2013-2015.

IEC, originally founded in 1957 as the Associated Independent Contractors of America, is a national trade association for merit shop electrical and systems contractors. It is an influential 53-chapter association representing more than 3,000 company members, nearly 80,000 electrical workers and 7,500 apprentices.

IEC's mission is to enhance the success of independent electrical contractors with development of a professional workforce, communication with government, promotion of ethical business practices, and to provide leadership for the electrical industry.
