Since it was established in 2005, American Friends of Chartres has raised close to half-a-million dollars for the restoration of 12th and 13th century stained glass.

Driven to preserve cultural heritage, American Friends of Chartres was established ten years ago to raise funds to maintain and restore Chartres Cathedral in France and promote its vibrancy in the United States.
