Alan Bick Joins California's Premiere Boutique Environmental Law Firm, Bick Law Group

    NEWPORT BEACH, CA, March 26, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bick Law Group is pleased to announce that Alan N. Bick, a pre-eminent environmental lawyer with more than 25 years of experience, has joined the firm as its new co-managing partner.

Mr. Bick joins the firm following his retirement from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he was a partner in the Orange County office. Mr. Bick practiced environmental law at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher for more than 25 years and co-chaired the Environmental Practice Group.

Mr. Bick has extensive experience in cost recovery actions under CERCLA, RCRA, and the state equivalents; defense of agency enforcement actions; mass and toxic tort defense; natural resource damage actions; and CEQA, NEPA and ESA litigation. He also advises clients on environmental compliance issues and environmental audits, and provides legal advice on due diligence and allocation of risks in real estate and corporate transactions.
