Mr. Warde has 20 years of professional experience, with three years as the president and CEO of Warde Associates Inc., where he specializes in testing modules and business operations. On a daily basis, he is responsible for assisting with testing on current projects, managing a staff of eight employees and overseeing offices in Toronto and Florida.

Looking back, Mr. Warde attributes his success to his parents who instilled good values in him, including determination and perseverance. They taught him to "keep doing it until you get there." He became involved in his profession after starting out as an intern in college. The highlight of his career has been owning his own company and being fully accountable.

Mr. Warde received a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1999. In years to come, Mr. Warde aims for continued growth and development. He plans to open additional branches in Windsor and the U.S.
