Ms. Nanji has nine years of professional experience, with two years as the Vice President and Director of Operations for FANS International Hospitality Group/Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown London. Throughout her career, she has set herself apart through her perseverance, commitment and ability to successfully run all hotel operations including revenue management, guest services management, guest compliance, human resources, training and security.
Looking back, Ms. Nanji attributes her success to her passion for the field, as well as her family's inspiration. She became involved in her profession because her family has been in the industry for 30 years.

Ms. Nanji received a MBA Hospitality Finance and Marketing from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in 2010, a postgraduate diploma in hotel management in 2009, and a bachelor's degree in biology, with a minor in sociology, in 2008. Ms. Nanji received top academic scores during her college years, and she graduated from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management as valedictorian. In years to come, Ms. Nanji aims for continued growth, as well as to expand her family's hospitality consultancy firm on a global basis.
