    ATLANTA, GA, April 01, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Berman Fink Van Horn is pleased to announce that Lawrence Kasmen, a corporate and commercial real estate attorney, has joined the Firm as a Shareholder. Mr. Kasmen's role significantly expands the firm's commercial real estate concentration.

Mr. Kasmen is a corporate and commercial real estate attorney, entrepreneur and (former) business executive. His areas of concentration include corporate and commercial real estate law and business finance. Mr. Kasmen counsels clients on business strategy and risk, corporate governance and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, management and consulting arrangements and supply, distribution and licensing agreements. In his commercial real estate practice, Mr. Kasmen represents private and institutional lenders, property owners, investors, residential, retail and multi-family builders and developers and landlords and tenants of retail, office and industrial properties.

Previously, Mr. Kasmen operated his own law firm. Outside of the office, Mr. Kasmen has served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy. He also is a volunteer attorney for the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta. Mr. Kasmen is a cum laude graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and a magna cum laude graduate of The George Washington University School of Government and Business Administration.
