Stegner was the two-time James Beard award winning Executive Chef of the four-star Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton, and Bumbaris was the Executive Chef of all food and beverage operations at the Ritz-Carlton and directed the hotel's standard-setting banquet service.

Prairie Grass Cafe is not only a food lover's dream, but it also is a cost effective choice because everything--the venue, linens, food, beverages and staffing--are encompassed in one price.
