Powerstone Team Sets Record With Over $68,000 Donation For PCRF Reaching For The Cure Event

    IRVINE, CA, April 03, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Powerstone Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County California based property management firm announced today that $68,656 was raised in support of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF) which recently hosted their Reaching for the Cure Event. The 18th Annual 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk, 1K Kids' Fun Run & Bike Tour event raised over $529,000 in total contributions. It is recognized as one of OC's favorite weekend family events. It was held at Irvine Valley College on March 19th and 20th and was attended by over 3,700 people. Powerstone, for the fourth year in a row, raised the largest amount for a Corporate Champion team.

"Every year I'm amazed and thrilled at how our team manages to do better than the year before. Our team of volunteers led by Kendrah Kay beat the plan and has been on a record setting pace. They keep finding the energy and enthusiasm to raise the bar for this very important cause." This year Powerstone recruited the following Platinum and Diamond Level Sponsors. Diamond Sponsors donate a minimum of $4,000 and include Antis Roofing & Waterproofing, Animal Pest Management, Nordic Security Services, James LeCourt Plumbing, and the Perry Law Firm. Platinum level sponsors have each donated a minimum of $2,500 to the PCRF cause; they are Park West Landscaping, Berding & Weil, and Rodent Pest Technology.
