Mr. Lester has 34 years of professional experience, having recently become an attorney of Jones & Lester, LLP. Throughout his career, he has set himself apart through his work in estate planning, in addition to trust and probate law. Each day, he works in the transaction and litigation side of the practice, drafting estate plans and providing estate planning services for all types of families and individuals.

Mr. Lester received a JD from Seattle University School of Law in 1980 and a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University in 1977. In addition to his degrees, he is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law through the California Board of Legal Specialization, and he was admitted to practice law in 1981. He maintains affiliation with the Estate Planning Law Advisory Commission of the California Board of Legal Specialization, as well as the California Young Lawyers Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Estate and Probate Section of the Ventura County Bar Association, and the Board of Directors of the Oxnard Police Foundation. In the coming years, Mr. Lester intends to continue developing the estate litigation section of the practice.
