He is also able to practice before the Sixth, Seventh , Eighth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh United States Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Chionopoulos has been nominated as Adjunct Professor of the Year at Florida Gulf Coast University, is currently rated 10 out of 10 on Avvo by his peers and clients, and was decorated for his service in the Middle East as a Field Grade Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army.
