Brittany who is Mildly Autistic chronicles the lives of Mother/Daughter's Love, Hope & Success. Each chapter is written in each of their prospective. Shari shares all her resources with names & emails as she feels it does take a Village to help when you have a child with Special Needs.

The Book is a must read for anyone who has a Child on the Spectrum. There is nothing like this book out in today on store shelves. You will laugh, cry and feel that you too can become a Warrior to fight the fight of Autism and its stigma's.

BRITTANY:
When I heard that mom was writing a book about me, I figured I should have my say, too. Hi, I'm Brittany! When I meet people, I don't say, "Hi, I'm Brittany Cole, and I'm autistic!" That's just stupid. I want people to get to know me and like me for who I am, not what I am.

I'm unique because I'm an artist, a woman, an American, Jewish and autistic. These things play equal parts in making me who I am.

Mom/Shari
Some people call the death of a loved one an ending. Others say it's a transition to the next life. Looking back, I can see now that Brittany's diagnosis was a bit of both for me. I was overwhelmed with grief. The child we thought we had was gone forever, replaced with a "new" child that January day. Once I came to terms with the Diagnosis I became her Advocate, Teacher, Mentor, Playmate, Mom and most of all Warrior in the fight against Autism and the Stigma it leaves with people that do not understand. This is our Story, our journey, our life!
