Interactive Space Honoured in BCO Awards 2016

    LONDON, ENGLAND, April 30, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Following the British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards on 26th April 2016, Interactive Space, a professional services company that helps businesses relocate their offices, is delighted to announce it has won the award for Projects up to 2,000m2 in the London and South East region. The prize was awarded for Interactive Space's project management of French asset management firm NGAM Natixis' new office in London.

The BCO judges found NGAM Natixis' 1,400m2 office space to be perfectly designed, meeting the requirements for financial sector occupants. Judges described NGAM Natixis' new offices as 'a calm, bright and thoughtfully designed working space.' The design of the office took inspiration from the building's close proximity to St. Paul's Cathedral, which is reflected in the glass facade of 1 Carter Lane. The open-plan desks, unique lamps and desktop storage units were all tailor-made.

Interactive Space was selected by Natixis Global Asset Management to project manage and cost control the new office project with full design responsibility, including space planning, interior design, and mechanical and electrical engineering. Interactive Space worked in consultation with interior designers MF Design Studio, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers BSD, contractor 21 Construction and Newton Perkins as agent.
