Mr. Souza has been involved in numerous cases defending clients with multimillion-dollar exposure with outstanding results, including defense verdicts in state and federal court in both Northern and Southern California. Mr. Souza received a JD from California Western School of Law and a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis on accounting, from San Diego State University. In addition to his degrees, he is a registered wedding officiant. He maintains affiliation with the California State Bar Association, the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association, the California Professional Association of Specialty Contractors, the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and the California Professional Association of Specialty Contractors. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, he has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and he has been a Top 10 Finalist for a Construction Litigation Attorney Recognition, given by the San Diego Daily Transcript.
