With 27 years of experience as the president and owner of Aesthetic Enhancement Solutions, LLC., Ms. Brennan is proficient at facial evaluation, and she is adept at choosing the best approach for each client. She is also well-known for facial sculpting, which adds volume to the face, and for teaching others how to achieve better outcomes for their clients. When asked about the challenges she faces, Ms. Brennan replied that cosmetic enhancement is a big business and many want to be a part of it. Too many are now practicing and producing poor outcomes which negatively affects not only the patient, but the specialty, as well. Clients need to be well-educated about what there are doing and in whose hands they are placing their care.

Ms. Brennan always wanted to be in health care, and she considered becoming a doctor for a time. She also had an artistic side and pursued photography. After being recruited by a medical practitioner, she became a medical assistant and then went onto nursing. She came full circle and is now in a profession that combines all of her passions with her experience and skills.

Ms. Brennan completed an Associate of Science in Nursing in 1994 at Normandale College, and she pursued additional credentialing as a Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse. In 2011, she became a Certified Professional Coach with the intention of teaching other nurses about cosmetic enhancement.
