Attorney Lawrence E. Castle Named Professional of the Year in Law

Mr. Castle has 32 years of experience as an attorney at law, handling all aspects of corporate law and business planning, as well as commercial real estate law, mortgage lending, tax, franchising, securities and partnership law. Each day, he is responsible for handling commercial real estate and business transactions, dealing with cases pertaining to mergers and acquisitions and providing real estate title curative services.

Mr. Castle's clients go to him for legal and practical business advice. He is experienced in small and large transactions, and has worked on transactions as high as $78 million. He is able to work with different groups and can be creative to get a transaction finalized. His understanding of business helps him provide clients with practical approaches and solutions to their business needs. He became involved in his profession due to the influence of his parents.

Mr. Castle received an LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 1981 and a JD from Southwestern University School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude in 1980. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado State University, where he graduated in 1976. Mr. Castle is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Central California, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals and the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association. He is a former legislative liaison to the Title and Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and he maintains affiliation with the ABA, the Legislative Committee of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, the Tax Law Section of The State Bar of California, and the Tax Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, he received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In the next five years, Mr. Castle will continue to serve clients and expand the business internationally.
