His leadership at Genova, a small, disadvantaged 8(a) firm, lead to increased revenues of over $20 Million annually. He has recruited, trained, and lead teams of professionals who played a pivotal role in the implementation of major healthcare reform initiatives under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 (ACA). These initiatives included Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH), the Federally Facilitated Marketplace, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Medicaid & CHIP Program (MACPro) System, and others.
