Judith J. Rentschler Honored for Excellence in Commercial and Real Estate Litigation

    SAN MATEO, CA, May 17, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Judith J. Rentschler, Partner and Co-Founder of Rentschler/Tursi LLP, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate law.

Ms. Rentschler has 38 years of professional experience, with 19 years as a partner and co-founder of Rentschler/Tursi LLP. Throughout her career, she has set herself apart through her skill in commercial and real estate litigation. Each day, she is responsible for representing landlords and tenants, property sellers, buyers and developers in their real estate transactions and property holdings.

Ms. Rentschler developed her trial skills first as a plaintiff's trial lawyer at the Walkup Office, specializing in Dalkon Shield and other complex drug products litigation. She then applied those trial skills to a different field of law as vice president and regional counsel at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), where she advised and defended agents and learned the commercial real estate industry from the inside out.

Since founding Rentschler/Tursi LLP in 1996, Ms. Rentschler has represented landlords and tenants, property sellers, buyers and developers in their real estate transactions and property holdings, and continues to advise and represent real estate brokers and agents.

Ms. Rentschler received a JD from Hastings College of Law at the University of California in 1977, having received a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese history from Michigan State University in 1974. She maintains affiliation with the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Bar Association of San Mateo and the Edward J. McFetridge American Inns of Court. She is a former member of the National Committee of Representatives in the Dalkon Shield. In recognition of her hard work and dedication, Ms. Rentschler has been named as a Top-Rated Lawyer in Litigation by Martindale-Hubbell in 2015, and she is also an AV-Preeminent Attorney, having celebrated the 25-Year Anniversary of that distinction in 2015. Additionally, Forbes Magazine named her as One of the Ten Most Dependable Litigators in California in 2008. In the next five years, Ms. Rentschler would like to grow the practice.
