With a background in business management and accounting, Deborah Wilson-Bailey gained experience first in medical institutions and then in property management/accounting. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from The University of Phoenix in 1997, where she was the valedictorian of the class and spoke in front of 7,000 people at the San Jose Arena. In 2005, she received a master's degree in accounting from The University of Phoenix (on line program). She worked in accounting in the pediatric, geriatric and psychiatric hospitals and clinics and then moved over into the property management/accounting field. For the past six years, she has worked at Orton Entertainment, LLC, dba Craneway Pavilion in the position of controller. Craneway Pavilion is a 45,000 square foot world-class, sustainably designed event, concert and production facility centrally located in one of the planet's most iconic destinations.

Ms. Wilson-Bailey names her greatest strengths as being a good team player, and detail oriented with a great sense of humor. Her greatest supporter and teacher was her mother. She attributes her successful career to the love and support of her husband, Larry Bailey, along with her deep love for her children and grandchildren. Looking ahead, she intends to contemplate her next endeavor. It may include moving, downsizing and perhaps giving back to people who are in need.
