This event recognizes builders for a Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence. The awards signify those who went above and beyond from advertising and social media campaigns to product design, merchandising and more.

- Best Brochure for a Company
- Best Email Campaign - Company/Community
- Best Social Media Campaign by a Company, Best Print Ad for a Company
- Best Online Ad, Best Video/CD/DVD Promotion for a Community
- Best Product Design - The Summerside at Holding Village
- Best Model Merchandising - The Summerside at Holding Village
- The Best of the Best Community - Ashton Woods at Holding Village
Five of Ashton Woods' Community Sales Managers, Renee Aquilino, Karla Hamilton, Cameron Medlin, Edward Grant and Adair Preston, were also named Million Dollar Circle winners.
Drees Homes took home awards for:
- Best Overall Advertising Campaign for a Company, Best Product Design - The Hadley at Holding Village
- Best Product Design - The Reese at Claremont
- Best Selection/Design Center and was recognized as a Building Company of the Year Level 2
