Matthew Garrabrants leads Kodiak Sports, LLC in the production and distribution of various sports facility supplies including rubber flooring and artificial turf for commercial weight rooms, indoor training centers, weight rooms, fitness centers, and commercial batting cages. For more than 15 years he's worked to resolve issues, drive strategy and find new distribution channels for Kodiak's growing line of products.

With a Bachelor of Science in information technology from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Regis University, Mr. Garrabrants started his career in information technology with IBM and spent over 12 years as an IT Architect. He developed a diverse information technology background coupled with business leadership and team building skills. His highly technical background as a Unix/AIX systems administrator, network systems analyst, Red Hat Certified Engineer and IBM corporate web developer enabled Mr Garrabrants to be at the forefront of technology for a small business startup.

Mr. Garrabrants followed his passion for baseball into the sports world and successfully transitioned out of the corporate world when he founded Kodiak Sports in 2001. With his background in information technology, he brings a unique blend of corporate business procedure, organization and acumen to sports manufacturing and distribution. The skills have enabled Kodiak Sports to implement a fully integrated corporate structure including CRM, accounting, inventory and website hosting platforms.
