The Alternative Cellular Energy (ACE) Pathway as a Major Non-immunological Defense Mechanism

Relevance to Zika Virus Protection

SOUTH PASADENA, CA, May 23, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A false premise of public health is that the body's natural defense against infectious diseases predominately resides within the immune system. Studies on stealth adapted viruses, which are not effectively recognized by the immune system, have helped to identify a non-immunological defense mechanism against virus infections and other illnesses. The cellular defense involves an alternative cellular energy (ACE) pathway, which differs from cellular energy obtained from the metabolism of food. The ACE pathway is expressed as a heightened dynamic (kinetic) quality of the body's fluids. It results from the absorption of a natural environmental force termed KELEA (kinetic energy limiting electrostatic attraction). Although major formal clinical trials are still required, drinking KELEA activated water appears to be an easy, practical approach to enhancing the ACE pathway.

A major focus of the public health response to the Zika virus epidemic is the production of an effective vaccine. The time required to achieve this goal is variously estimated to range from many moths to several years. KELEA activated water is available now and is essentially no more expensive than regular drinking water. The challenge is simply to educate and motivate public health officials to acknowledge the concepts of stealth adapted viruses, alternative cellular energy (ACE) and KELEA activated water. A book with this title was published in mid-2014. Several subsequent open access, peer reviewed research publications on this topic have also appeared and are available on the Internet.

There is an urgency to help Zika virus infected pregnant women at risk for giving birth to brain damaged babies. The Centers for Disease Control and Infection (CDC) has identified several hundred individuals currently living in the United States. Far larger numbers of infected mothers are present in South and Central America and in the Caribbean. Without therapy, many children will be destined to become severely handicapped. Zika infected pregnant individuals should be immediately offered the opportunity to participate in a clinical study. An interesting potential bonus for more extensive Zika studies is the indication that consuming activated water may add to an inherent mosquito repelling quality within humans. Activated water may also render mosquitos more resistant to becoming Zika virus infected and transmitting the disease.

The potential clinical benefits of drinking KELEA activated water extend to many other illnesses. Basically, the ACE pathway can help in alleviating clinical conditions in which there is an insufficiency of cellular energy from food metabolism. This can occur because of inadequate oxygen intake as in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); impaired blood supply as in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease; inefficient metabolism as in type II diabetes and increased energy demands, as in infections and wound healing. There are also indications that drinking KELEA activated water can directly improve the functioning of the brain. A consortium could be established to address each of these potentially treatable illnesses, with a central coordinating element to allow for the free exchange of information.

The basic clinical protocol is to provide study group participants with an unopened gallon of activated store purchased water. It can be consumed as two glasses a day over a week. An identical brand of store purchased non-activated water can provide a suitable control in double blinded studies. Once efficacy is established, the basic protocol can then be optimized by comparisons with different regimens and by using different means of water activation.

Experience gained from using water action in agriculture provides additional support for expediting human studies. Not only is the productivity of rice and sugarcane significantly increased, but incidental observations showed an increase resistance of rice to tungro virus infection. Furthermore, rows of crops treated in a manner which provides KELEA to ground water, were clearly distinguished at a distance from untreated rows by the lack of hovering insects.

The scientific validity of being able to modify an energy quality of water has also been confirmed in a wide range of industrial applications. Moreover, the same principle can be applied to other fluids, including gasoline and diesel fuels Indeed, an understanding of KELEA is offering plausible explanations for global warming as well as certain intriguing basic observations in physics.

Innovative research concepts are typically met with skepticism and lack of understanding by many within the relevant scientific communities. Public health officials are also reluctant to defy existing paradigms, especially when members of their advisory committees are financially benefiting from the status quo.

With regards to responding to the Zika epidemic, the choice is clear between a passive public health response waiting till a scientific consensus is reached and being willing to become proactive and to at least review the available data.
