WHO: Dovetail Brewery, a Chicago-based craft brewery producing inspired German and Belgian-style beers using traditional brewing methods. The open house will be hosted by brewer/owners Hagen Dost and Bill Wesselink, who are certified master brewers.
WHEN: 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday, June 4 (tours on the hour, last tour at 5 p.m.)
WHAT: For a $10 admission, guests will receive a tour of the brewery, beer samples (for people aged 21 and over), and a Dovetail Brewery specialty glass of their choosing. T-shirts and glassware will also be available for purchase.
WHERE: Dovetail's 22,000 square foot brewing facility located at 1800 W. Belle Plaine in Chicago's Ravenswood Corridor, at the intersection of W. Belle Plaine and N. Ravenswood.
