NORTH PALM BEACH, FL, June 05, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Chauncey F. Lufkin III Foundation is a proud sponsor of CULINARY CREATIONS on Monday, June 6, 2016, in the Cohen Pavilion at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. The event is a benefit for Quantum House.
"We understand the importance of connecting our resources with Quantum House, whose mission is to support the needs of families receiving medical treatment in Palm Beach County," said Founder, Chauncey Lufkin. Quantum House provides lodging, meals, care and compassion to families facing a medical crisis.
The American Culinary Federation Palm Beach County Chefs Association holds this spectacular dish-centric dinner, inspired by some of the region's most talented chefs. The event celebrates the extraordinary talents of some of the finest chefs in South Florida, including the event chairperson Chef Jeff Simms. A featured chef at the 2014 Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival, Chef Simms serves as the Executive Chef of Banquets at The Breakers Palm Beach, and is the acting First Vice President of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the American Culinary Federation. The event will also benefit The American Culinary Federation PBC Chef Association.
Different from other food and wine events in Palm Beach County, guests can expect the complete package beginning with a marvelous champagne reception featuring delectable hors d 'oeuvres. The once-in-a-lifetime dinner features four courses served round robin style so guests have the opportunity to experience a dish from each of the twenty-five chefs.
The "foodie" themed evening flows into the silent auction where guests can bid on private chef dinners, wine tastings and other items that speak to the luxurious side in all of us. The diners will leave with a full stomach and a full heart because 100% of the proceeds from the dinner will benefit deserving charities.
The Chauncey F. Lufkin Foundation III joins together in sponsoring this event with PNC Bank, St. Mary's Medical Center, Palm Beach Children's Hospital, FPL, TBC Corporation, Publix Charities, Pantelides PR and Consulting, WPBF 25, Palm Beach Broadcasting and Tito's Handmade Vodka.
