Triton Consolidated Announces Acquisition of Manufacturing Facility

    LANCASTER, TX, June 07, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Triton Consolidated, Inc. today announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase a 19,400 SF Industrial manufacturing / office facility in Duncanville, Texas situated on approximately 1+ acres. The agreement includes a provision to lease the property as management completes financing arrangements with Triton's banking institution.

This agreement to purchase the manufacturing facility is a strategic move for Triton as it expands operations into the manufacturing of residential and commercial elevators. Additionally, this larger facility will allow Triton to fabricate its Aviation Ground Support Equipment in a unified location. Having a facility that will satisfy the major Aviation customers is essential to opening that market.

Triton will move forward to occupy and make required modifications to the building during the month of June. A formal Grand Opening will be announced later.
