MillBridge Expands Community with the Addition of Lennar

WAXHAW, NC, June 09, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Lennar breaks ground on a new development of 273 homes in MillBridge, an award-winning residential master-planned community.
The MillBridge Legends collection will consist of three- to four-bedroom homes ranging in price from $274,990 to $310,990. They will also vary in size from 2,034 to 2,782 square feet with 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms. The collection will offer Lennar's Everything's Included program with enhanced finishes and features that are typically added as upgrades such as granite countertops and Energy Star certified appliances.
