Mr. Nickinello has 50 years of professional experience, with six years as a consultant of Gelinite 2000 Inc. Throughout his career, he has proven his skill at building solid foundations and maintaining responsible growth. Each day, he is responsible for traveling throughout the U.S. to develop markets for products. He also advises manufacturing processes and takes steps to attract investors to the company.

Gelinite 2000 Inc. is a manufacturing company that provides porous concrete products that are formed into many configurations and used in potable water filter systems, drainage devices, environmental filters, sewage disposal, flood control systems and irrigation devices. Looking back, Mr. Nickinello attributes his success to his flexibility and ability to manage change. He became involved in his profession through working in the building and construction industries with an emphasis on plumbing. Mr. Nickinello is a former building inspector for the City of San Jose and a former executive director of the Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors of Massachusetts. Through it all, however, he was always involved in his business, Gelinite 2000 Inc, and now, after having sold it, acts as a consultant for the business in the areas of sustainability, stability and innovation.

Mr. Nickinello received his education at a building, construction and plumbing trade school. As a testament to his skill and dedication, he was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by the Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors of Massachusetts.
