Dr. Christine Springer Honored for Excellence as a Consultant

    LAS VEGAS, NV, June 10, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Christine Springer, Chief Executive Officer of Red Tape Limited has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in consulting.

Dr. Springer has 36 years of professional experience, with 25 years as the CEO of Red Tape Limited. Each day, she is responsible for consulting with clients, as well as overseeing educational and governmental procedures. Red Tape Limited is a consultancy that restructures organizations and provides assistance and consulting for paperwork, writing, marketing and business development.

Dr. Springer has served as the head of community relations for a large community where she has been facilitating and building productive relationships. She was appointed to be director of the executive master's degree in emergency and crisis management program at UNLV. Dr. Springer has spent most of her adult life specializing in turning around organizations, capacity building and intergovernmental collaboration. She previously served as manager of government and community affairs at the Salt River Project, the third largest public utility in the country, and held this position for 15 years. Dr. Springer also worked as the manager of economic development planning in an Arizona governor's office, and as a treasurer of Investors United Life Insurance Company. In addition to her formal degree, Dr. Springer completed post-graduate training in residential care for the elderly (RCFE), balanced scorecard assessment and alternative dispute resolution.

Looking back, Dr. Springer attributes her success to her flexibility. She became involved in her profession because of her knowledge and government relations experience. The most gratifying aspects of her career have been the ability to learn continuously, and using her education to successfully solve real-life problems in private, nonprofit and government sectors.

Dr. Springer received a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Indiana University. She maintains affiliation with the Society for Human Resource Management, the Society for Marketing Professional Services, the National Academy of Public Administration, the Institute of Management Consultants, ATD, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Society for Training & Development and the American College of Healthcare Executives. In five years, Dr. Springer aspires to recruit people who can take up leadership roles.
