A couple years later, he joined Cable & Wireless as a principal network engineer and quickly moved up the ladder. Then he joined Citigroup as vice president of configuration management. A few years later, he joined Cisco Systems. There, he move up quickly from manager of IOS serviceability design engineering to director of operations engineering to director of advanced methodologies to director of smart service technologies. Before establishing Jighi in July 2010, he founded and served as chief strategist officer for LinkWex, the first truly cloud-based data warehousing software enterprise. Mack Coulibaly is the author of The Complete Cisco IOS Reference Book. He has also been a speaker at the SSPA Conference.

Jighi provides technology consulting services, telecom and Internet broadband infrastructure, cyber security, managed services, telecom infrastructure redesign & optimization, monetization of telecom adjacencies, and business re-engineering & re-organization consulting services.

Mack Coulibaly holds an MBA in technology management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia.
