It's the best feeling when you sit down to a meal and everything on your plate has been produced by YOURSELF.
QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA, June 22, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Allan Kingston, Principal Participant of The Bluff Foundation, was recently named a VIP Member of the Year by Worldwide Branding. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.
As a principal participant of The Bluff Foundation, a not-for-profit, non government organisation affiliated with Foundation Structures, working to help farmers world-wide in the protection of their ecological resources, Mr. Kingston helps farmers in time of need. He does this by consulting with farmers and visiting farming sites, as well as raising funds and community awareness for local farms, and collaborating with various industry bodies to bring attention to their cause.
Passionate about helping other farmers overcome obstacles, Mr. Kingston helped found The Bluff Foundation in 1980. The organization was inspired by The Bluff, a beautiful property near where he lived. Overlooking the Bremer Valley, The Bluff, which was sold in 2015 featured 35 breeder cattle and 40+ rare breed pigs at its peak, rare breed chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl and Japanese quail on a much larger scale for eggs and meat. The rare Bailey Pines (Cypress Bailey) and a self-seeding, self-sustaining garden property that benefited more people than just those who maintained it. The site was surveyed six years in-a-row for its unique flora and fauna, with the identification of 162 species of plants and 67 different types of birds, within its 42 hectare boundary, as well as an unknown number of butterfly and frog species.
Over his more than 33 years in the sustainable profession, Mr. Kingston, mostly self taught and hands on skilled in farming and agriculture, horticulture, his only teacher being a myriad of short courses from people like Joel Salatin, Annette McFarlane, Peter Anderson, Hugh Lovell and any other course he could attend to further his knowledge from the School of Hard Knocks and the University of Life. Biodynamics courses and Quantum agriculture, courses were invaluable towards sustainable farming. Having traveled every country in sub Sahara Africa for 9 years promoting small scale industries, he learned a lot as well as promoted a great deal. "When we moved into South America, farming practises were somewhat different," he says. "The only things that remained the same were no chemicals, still a lot of hard work but a bit more mechanical. Things like soil preparation, managing water supply and usage are generally universal, but never exactly the same."
His other interests are fundraising to help others, stakeholder management, including share farming, sustainable business development, and alternative energy. Owing his success to his passion for natural, chemical free farming and helping others, as well as hard work, he has experienced everything Mother Nature has thrown at him, including drought, bush fires and other natural disasters and enjoys helping others overcome the same obstacles. The worst fires he experienced was in Swaziland in the forest plantations owned by CDC, London, that grew timber to produce mine packs, that support the ceilings in the mines of South Africa. Interested in farming most of his life, he believes that when you sit down to eat a meal, you have to thank a farmer somewhere in the world for the food you are eating. Mr. Kingston plans to continue to grow and expand The Bluff Foundation over the next decade or two, all while empowering and helping farmers worldwide. It's the best feeling when you sit down to a meal and everything on your plate has been produced by YOURSELF.
Mr. Kingston has been helping raise funds for The Bluff Foundation through the promotion of his product, Max-Zone. MaxZone is the only electronic integrated device that enhances a car, truck, lorry, bus, boat, aircraft, or train, fuel economy, battery-life and comes with a 100% money back guarantee. Join them in saving money and reducing pollution. Profits go to help farmers in difficulty world wide. Join them, and support your farming community directly.
Mr. Kingston is a member of the Queensland Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He believes that one must be kind to those on your way to the top, because you never know when you will meet them again. It's your mind set if your glass is half full or half empty. Huge difference.....
Have a beautiful day...
