Kylie Lower is a Ph.D. candidate in community-based archaeology at Flinders University with expected completion in 2017. She holds a Master's Degree in Archaeology from Flinders University and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Philosophy and Religious Studies from Utah State University. She maintains membership with the World Archaeology Congress, Australian Archaeological Association, and Flinders Archaeological Society. She is also awaiting review for full membership in the Australian Association of Consulting Archaeologists Inc. She has enjoyed various academic achievements while completing her formal education.
