Pamela Garcia Recognized for Excellence in Project Management

Educationally fitted, Ms. Garcia earned a master's degree in military studies from American University in 1994 and a Master of Business Administration from National University in 1982. Awarded the Professor of Naval Science full scholarship, Ms. Garcia also earned a bachelor's degree in industrial psychology from the University of Utah, from which she graduated cum laude.
